Publication Opportunities

The selected papers, with double blind review process, will be published by TAYLOR AND FRANCIS in the form of a CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS  with an ISBN number  and DOI LINK.(Required permission will be obtained from the authors at a later stage).

The Peer Review Process

The papers received will be screened by the Editorial Team for its suitability to be presented in the conference. The papers found suitable to be presented in the conference will then be sent to two independent reviewers for comments. The following metrics will be used by the reviewers while reviewing a paper on a five-point rating scale, “1” being the least and “5” being the highest with “3” as the average:

• Adequacy of literature review
• Appropriateness of research methods
• Adequacy of data analysis and presentation of results
• Novelty/contribution to the body of knowledge
• Practical/managerial significance/implications
• Coverage of latest references in the area

Based on the overall assessment scores of the reviewers, the paper either may be Accepted as is / Accepted with modifications / Rejected without any further considerations. The papers “Accepted with modifications” will be intimated to the corresponding author for revision. The revised paper will be further sent to the same reviewers for a second time review. The assessment scores received at this stage will be final and the decision on the paper will be taken whether to Accept or Reject it. No more reviews will be done henceforth. The decision of the Editorial team will be final.

Note: The conference will follow a double-blind review process in the sense that the authors’ and the reviewers’ identities will be concealed from each other in the entire process.
